At the beginning of August we ventured out to the National Zoo. I know, we're crazy! We went with Brad's brother, Paul, and Hillery, Landon, and Maxson. Though we didn't go very far or fast through the zoo, the boys had a fun time looking at the animals and going through the mist sprayers. There were also tons of hills that were no fun with the huge double stroller. We were all beat after spending about three hours visiting the animals.
Landon's favorite seemed to be the Golden Lion Tamarin monkey which was the first animal that we encountered. Brady's favorite was when the gorilla peed into his water bowl and then drank it...he talked about it for days!
