I have been taking Brady to the library every week. He has been picking out chapter books that are written for older children, and he loves reading them at night in his new bed (another improvement that I forgot to mention in the fix-it Friday post). Every week Brady also gets to pick out a new DVD for the car. Even though he does love reading books, I have noticed that the DVDs are definitely the pull that gets him to agree to go to the library each week. We are trying our best to push "educational" DVDs, but sometimes some "non-educational" DVDs get in there. Brady is also obsessed with "horror" films and loves to watch things that are scary...like Corpse Bride and Coraline.
It will be interesting to see what he chooses today!
